However, there are also many “leftist” content creators that do not accurately depict Marxism-Leninism, so we believe it is important to provide a curated list of high quality content creators for those who wish to learn more via video formats.

We’ve also included various well-vetted videos, even if the creator who made them is not on our curated list. Creators may have problematic views or inaccurate videos elsewhere, but can still produce useful or high-quality content.

• Second Thought

  Second Thought is one of the most influential Leftist content creators on YouTube, and puts out high quality and well researched videos. Their content is mostly aimed at the beginner, and is an excellent place to get started.

• The Deprogram

  The Deprogram is a podcast created by Second Thought, Hakim, and Yugopnik, three popular Leftist content creators. The podcast covers a variety of topics and is suitable for listening to in the background.

• azureScapegoat

  azureScapegoat has a number of high quality videos, especially around Cuba (such as how Cuban democracy functions). He is not explicitly a Marxist-Leninist, he considers himself a Marxist.
